Victoria’s Sister, the second longest waterfall in western Canada, cascades majestically from a height of one thousand one hundred thirty-seven feet.
This incredible falls begins as the upper east fork of the Little Victoria River and slips between the two rounded tops of Double Pickle Peak careening to the valley floor below where it meets the Victoria River and flows south through the park town of Pine Top Junction.
Although it is named Victoria’s Sister for its close proximity to Victoria Falls just a mile and a half away, this waterfall is thought by many to be the more beautiful because of the magical ghostlike quality of its mist rising and swirling gently around the glacial rockpiles at its base.
